The quality of a playground is also judged by its ability to last over time. That's why our equipment is designed to last for decades. They are covered by a warranty of up to 30 years.

30 YEARS

STAINLESS STEEL FRAME POSTS / ALUMINIUM POSTS and PROFILES: 

• on mechanical strength, against corrosion and all failures due to defects in materials or manufacturing  faults of the section.

20 YEARS

HPL* (HIGH PRESSURE LAMINTED) / STAINLESS-STEEL COMPONENTS** / ARMED ROPES / SPARE PARTS - galvanized/painted steel - anti-noise system (patent):

• Against all failures due to defects in materials 
• Against manufacturing defects in ropes (does not take into account wear and tear due to use and lugs, which are guaranteed for 2 years)
• against the supply of spare parts for discontinued products (for a fee)
• Against corrosion on powder-coated galvanized metal parts

15 YEARS

FASTENERS FOR MULTI-SPORTS FIELDS: 

• Against all failures due to defects in materials
• Against manufacturing defects in the fastening clamps of multi-sports fields

10 YEARS

STARBOARD® - galvanized steels: 

• Against all failures due to defects in materials
• Against manufacturing defects
• Against corrosion on galvanized metal parts

5 YEARS

SPRINGS:

• Against spring breakage in bead-blasted steel and cup springs

For all other cases, the applicable warranty is 2 years.

* The warranty does not cover surface discoloration or any other aesthetic problems on laminate without decor paper (brown cores).
** Screws and slides

The warranty applies from the date of delivery to the first QUALI-Cité customer, over the periods described above for each type of product and within the limits of the exclusions described below. The delivery date is understood to be the BL date, regardless of how long the product has been stored or where it has been stored.

These guarantees only cover material defects. QUALI-Cité undertakes to bear the cost of ordering defective parts and dispatching them as quickly as possible.

Guarantees apply only if products have been installed and maintained in accordance with the instructions provided by QUALI-Cité. These warranties do not cover damage caused by :

• An accident;
• Installation that does not comply with QUALI-Cité recommendations
• Inappropriate maintenance
• Surface discoloration
• Aesthetic defects due to abnormal use
• Normal wear and tear
• An act of vandalism
• Misuse of the equipment
• Paint damage resulting from fortuitous or accidental causes such as: deformation of the substrate, impact, friction, abnormal temperature rises, change of purpose of the work
