30 YEARS
STAINLESS POLE / ALUMINIUM POLE & SECTION : on mechanical strength, against corrosion and any failures due to defects in the materials or manufacturing faults of the section.
20 YEARS
HPL* (HIGH PRESSURE LAMINTED) / STAINLESS COMPONENTS** / REINFORCED ROPE / SPARE PARTS – Galvanized & powder-coated steel – Noise absorber system (patent) :
- Against all failures due to defects in materials;
- Against manufacturing defects in the ropes (does not take into account wear and tear due to use and the lugs which are guaranteed for 2 years);
- Against the supply of spare parts for products that are no longer distributed (for a fee);
- Against corrosion on galvanized and powder-coated metal parts.
15 YEARS
ON FIXING DEVICES FOR THE MULTISPORTS (ZAMAC CLAMP) :
- Against all failures due to defects in materials;
- Against manufacturing defects in the fastening clamps of multi-sports fields.
10 YEARS
STARBOARD® - GALVANIZED STEEL :
- Against all failures due to defects in materials;
- Against manufacturing defects;
- Against corrosion on galvanized metal parts.
5 YEARS
SPRINGER : against breakage of the springer (type micro-blasted steel) and for the plate.
For other components, the warranty that applies is 2 years.
*The warranty does not cover surface fading or any other aesthetic problems on laminate without decorative paper (brown cores)

WARRANTY COVERAGE
The warranty shall apply from the date of delivery to the first client of QUALI-Cité, over the periods described above for each type of product and within the limits of the exclusions described below. By date of delivery, it is understood that the date of the delivery note shall be deemed authentic, regardless of the duration and place of storage of the product.
These guarantees only cover material defects. QUALI-Cité undertakes, at its own expense, to place orders for defective parts and to dispatch them as soon as possible.
EXCLUSION OF WARRANTY
The guarantees shall only apply if the products have been installed and maintained in accordance with the instructions provided by QUALI-Cité. These guarantees do not cover damage caused by:
✔ An accident;
✔ Installation not in accordance with QUALI-Cité's recommendations;
✔ Inappropriate maintenance;
✔ fading of surfaces;
✔ Aesthetic defects due to abnormal use;
✔ Normal wear and tear;
✔ An act of vandalism;
✔ Misuse of the equipment;
✔Paint damage due to fortuitous or accidental causes such as: deformation of the support, shocks, rubbing, abnormal temperature increases, change of destination of the work.
