QUALI-Cité certified ISO 9001

We have always believed that quality is the foundation of our business, as evidenced by our name!

With almost 20 years of experience, we decided to start an ISO 9001 certification process a few months ago. Last June, we obtained our ISO 9001 certificate thanks to a very good collective work which rewards all the practices of our employees.

For several days, we have been audited by DNV whose international influence is undeniable. QUALI-Cité has demonstrated its ability and willingness to satisfy its customers, employees and stakeholders (suppliers, partners ...).

Although there are many reasons, here are the main ones that led us to get this certification:

1. To ensure the efficiency of our quality system in a totally objective way.

Far from being complacent, we felt that an independent outside view would be extremely beneficial to our operations. It allows us to be sure of our strengths and to work on our areas of improvement.

2. Improve our internal performance.

The implementation of a quality management system is a source of motivation and internal efficiency. The principle of continuous improvement contributes to the questioning of each process and leads to the prioritization of the actions to be carried out according to a clear and established strategy.
In addition, each employee is responsible for quality at his or her level. An efficient quality system allows to accompany in the practices but also to be an actor. Listening to needs, acquiring skills through experience sharing and appropriate training... which brings serenity and satisfaction.

3. Seize the opportunity to open up new markets.

Present in many countries, we believe that the ISO 9001 standard, recognized worldwide, thanks to a common reference system, allows us not only to promote our know-how internationally but also to speak the same language. Beyond a simple international recognition, the certification also guarantees the seriousness and the rigor in the listening and the follow-up of the customers' expectations.

A real asset for some markets subject to calls for tender, it further establishes QUALI-Cité as a key player in the playground equipment sector, whose production is 100% French.

4. Reassure our customers and prospects.

It is not enough to say, but it is also necessary to do! In recent years, our development strategy has led us to internalize activities such as boiler making and a powder coating workshop. With these evolutions, it appeared to us essential to prove to our customers the control of our production by the certification of our quality system.

It should be noted, however, that obtaining the ISO 9001 certificate is not an end in itself! It is a step on the way to continuous improvement!
